Advanced Tactical Operations - Medical Specialist / Tactical Medical Provider

Tri-Med Tactical, LLC (TMT) in conjunction with the Ohio Fire Academy, take great pride in producing the most scientifically, statistically, clinically, and tactically sound medicine available to civilian medical providers. TMT uses concepts from Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) and Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) in conjunction with over 200 years of professional experience between the staff, to make sure that the student gets the most realistic and up-to-date training available. TMT’s, ATOMS - Tactical Medical Provider course is over 70+ hours of intense didactic and scenario based training in austere environments that exceeds the National TEMS Initiative and Council (NTIC) curriculum. ATOMS mirrors the curriculum set forth from the International Board of Specialty Certifications (IBSC) for candidates that are looking for quality training to compliment the certification requirements.

At the conclusion of the course, the student will have a firm understanding of their role in the tactical environment and how to mitigate the most dynamic situations that tactical units face today. EMT certified students will be awarded over 65 hours of NREMT CEU's at the conclusion of the course.

In order to be eligible to participate in this program, the student must be an EMT, EMT-I, EMT-P, RN, NP, PA, and/or MD and the applicant must have a letter from a law enforcement agency endorsing the student to participate in the class.
